Perfect family-friendly getaway
Just had a blast staying here with our baby! The Templetown and Croft's room was fantastic, separate room for kids plus a cozy en-suite. Breakfast was a real treat. the staff were super friendly with our daughter. Only hiccup was the stairs since there's no lift, which made it tricky with a baby in tow.

My stay was enjoyable, especially the super comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. I loved the lovely breakfast selection and the elegant decor, but the pillows were too soft for my liking. Would stay again!

My stay at Northgate was very enjoyable. The room was beautifully decorated with French-inspired furniture and very comfortable bedding. The bar area was cozy, which made it perfect for pre-dinner cocktails. Dinner featured a Taste of East Anglia menu, offering exceptional food, including standout dishes like mackerel and pork belly. Breakfast continued to impress with its selection of granola and pastries.
Minor maintenance issues in the room.

the room was nice and comfy, had a good size, and the bathroom was spotlessly clean. staff were friendly and helpful, which made things better. afternoon tea was plentiful and tasty, and i loved the homemade shortbread. also, the location is pretty nice with a lovely garden outside.
the service was super slow, and i had a pretty rude experience with check-in. also, there were some maintenance issues like a loose toilet seat in my room.

would like to stay longer
The superior double room had a comfortable bed and a clean private bathroom with a shower. There was a hairdryer, tea/coffee maker, and free toiletries provided. I appreciated the bottle of water and a selection of cookies. The location was darn close to the town center, making it easy for a quick stroll around. I'd love to explore the beautiful garden next time.
